Leadership
His public work sits at the meeting point of business, community and government — funding projects himself, partnering with the state on community projects, and using his title as Ikemba Nnobi to keep the town's interests on the table.
Where he puts his weight
Security towers and solar power at the police station, and a public call for the station to be rebuilt. Community leaders credit him with contributing substantially to the safety of lives and property in Ifite Ogbeadiji and Nnobi.
The school bag drive with Dr. Thelma Ezeonu, framed as support for the Anambra State government's education policy and a deliberate push to keep pupils in school.
The renovated general hospital, doctors' quarters and free health outreaches in the community.
The Ifite Egbeadiji Christmas Carnival, organised to keep Nnobi's language, tradition and heritage alive for a younger generation.
He speaks at Nnobi conventions abroad, including the 2025 Nnobi people in North America convention, where $40,000 was raised for the town.
Through Hamthel Holdings he argues that Nigeria's greatest business challenge is a workforce that is not ready for the work available — and that rebuilding the country's work ethic is the real growth agenda.
In his words
“Although we are not politicians, we will continue to support the government.”

As Ikemba Nnobi he sits in the Igwe-in-Council and among the title holders of Nnobi — a position the community says he earned by meeting the town's constitutional requirements, including obligations to its three quarters, Ebenesi, Ngo and Awuda. He uses that position to press for security, education and infrastructure in Nnobi, and to work with the state government on community projects.
